Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering or using any service provided by myspin. By creating an account or placing a wager on the myspin platform, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
The myspin Platform is strictly available to individuals aged 21 years and above. This is a non-negotiable requirement under our IGA operating licence. By registering an Account, you warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. myspin reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where this requirement is not satisfied. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited.
It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the myspin Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. myspin does not accept Players from jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law. Registration does not constitute a representation by myspin that use of the Platform is legal in your location.
Each individual may hold only one Account on the myspin Platform. Multiple Accounts are strictly prohibited and constitute a breach of these Terms. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, myspin reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void any associated wagers, and forfeit any Bonus Funds or winnings held therein. The first-registered Account may be reinstated at myspin's discretion following review.
You must provide complete and accurate information during registration and update your details promptly if they change. Providing false registration details, including false identity or age information, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all funds subject to the return of verified deposits.
myspin is obligated under its IGA licence to verify the identity and age of all Players prior to processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances. KYC verification requires, at minimum, a government-issued identity document (such as the Malaysian MyKad). Additional documentation — including proof of address or source-of-funds evidence — may be requested for high-value accounts or where transaction monitoring triggers a review.
Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. myspin will not be liable for delays in withdrawal processing caused by a Player's failure to provide timely or adequate KYC documentation. Information collected during KYC is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
myspin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating banks), USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven Cliqq. All amounts are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). myspin does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered in the Player's own name.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed within the myspin cashier at the time of transaction. myspin reserves the right to modify these limits at any time with or without prior notice.
Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with our standard processing times displayed in the cashier. myspin reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined where: (a) KYC verification has not been completed; (b) the Player's account is under investigation for suspected fraud or abuse; (c) outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds have not been met; or (d) the withdrawal method differs from the deposit method without adequate supporting documentation.
Player funds deposited into the myspin Wallet are held in accounts segregated from myspin's operational funds, in accordance with our IGA licence obligations. myspin does not pay interest on Player balances.
All bonuses offered by myspin — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and VIP rewards — are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements which are communicated at the point of offer. In the absence of specific terms for a promotion, these general Terms apply. Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
myspin actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once; using betting strategies designed to exploit low house-edge games to fulfil wagering requirements; colluding with other Players; using automated software. Where bonus abuse is identified, myspin reserves the right to void all associated Bonus Funds and winnings, close the Account, and recover any amounts paid out as a result of abuse.
myspin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated promotional terms.
All casino games on the myspin Platform — including slots, live dealer games, and specialty games such as Plinko — are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game interface. Games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited for fairness. myspin does not manipulate game outcomes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension pending investigation, Account closure, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:
myspin reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; regulatory requirement or IGA instruction; Player self-exclusion request; or at myspin's discretion in the interest of the integrity of the Platform.
Upon Account closure for cause, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Verified real-money deposits not subject to forfeiture under these Terms will be returned to the Player via their last verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Players who wish to close their own Account for any reason, including responsible gaming purposes, may do so by contacting myspin support. Self-exclusion requests are processed in accordance with Section 10 below.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, myspin shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (b) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform; (c) Platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond myspin's reasonable control. myspin's total liability to any Player in any calendar month shall not exceed the greater of the net deposits made by that Player in that calendar month or the amount of the disputed transaction.
myspin makes no warranty that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Your use of the myspin Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
myspin reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file and/or by prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before they take effect, where operationally practicable. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which myspin holds its IGA operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through myspin's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by the IGA. Players retain any statutory rights available to them under applicable consumer protection law.
